It has been another intense week and next week will be even more so, as we have at least 6 arrivals; the early spring rush. I am trying to reach out to all clients 1 to 1 and address all the property needs. Hopefully, I will get on top of that this week. Here are some properties that caught my eye in the past week. As has been the case in the past few months, we are doing multiple transactions at the moment and are in the middle of multiple negotiations on some really interesting properties. I will give updates on those at a later time.

I sent out a building located near Osmanbey Metro on whatsapp group. It was quite interesting at 4.5 mil TL. It was approx 450 sqm, 6 floors, with the possibility to add an extra half floor on top and make a duplex. Commercial on ground floor. I estimate the renovations at 1.25 mil TL. This is very well-priced vis a vis other buildings in the neighbourhood. Post Covid, this would make for an excellent serviced apartment, possibly with very compelling yield opportunities.
